In our ordinary state we need guidance
A continuous movement toward peace
With a mutual effort towards good tidings
Where every one of us may be increased
Reaching out to help a passing stranger
Becomes a personal goal we can set every day
While helping one another out of danger
We build for ourselves a better way
Sisters and brothers across the land
Helping each other to answer the questions
Nurturing one another hand in hand
Learning something new from the other’s directions
Keep our minds clear like the bluest of skies
Stop thinking that it will all turn out bad
Free of the fear that can cloud our minds
Staying positive makes the best life we’ve had
Our mindset will lead us on toward fulfillment
Of either the worst or the best life has to provide
Therefore we owe ourselves the greatest instilment
The best outcomes happen when we are clear eyed
